Clause 1. | General 1.1
The General Terms and Conditions of Maison Mow apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Maison Mow. By ordering an item you agree to these conditions, so please read through them carefully before placing an order. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, please contact Maison Mow at hello@maison-mow.com

Clause 2. | Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. Maison Mow will process your order after you have paid. Until that time, Maison Mow will remain the full owner of the products.
2.2 Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your payment is accepted and an e-mail with the invoice and details from your order.

Clause 3. | Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 At Maison Mow you can choose from the following secure payment methods: Ideal, Creditcard and Apple Pay.
3.2 All product prices shown on the webshop of Maison Mow are including taxes but excluding shipping costs.
3.3 All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without Maison Mow or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

Clause 4. | Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Maison Mow works with different carriers in Europe. Estimated delivery time is about 5 working days.
4.3 Up to and including the delivery Maison Mow bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to the customer.
4.4 Please note that the delivery time in clause 4.1 is estimated. In case a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date it is not possible to make a claim. However, Maison Mow will always do everything in their power to make sure your order arrives on time.
4.5 Please note that Maison Mow is not responsible for any address errors. The client bears the responsibility to fill in their delivery address correctly.

Clause 5. | Approval period
5.1 Maison Mow strives for all customers to be happy with their purchase. However if the product doesn't meet your expectations please write to us at hello@maison-mow.com.

Clause 6. | Right of withdrawal
6.1 The consumer can terminate an agreement related to the purchase of a product without giving reasons during a cooling-off period of 14 days. 
6.2 The cooling-off period mentioned in paragraph 1 will start on the day after the consumer, or a third party appointed by the consumer beforehand, who is not the transporter, has received the product.
6.3 During the cooling-off period the consumer will handle the product and the packaging carefully. 

Clause 7. | Exercising of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and the costs thereof
7.1 If the consumer uses his right of withdrawal, he will report this to Maison Mow within the cooling-off period by sending an e-mail to hello@maison-mow.com.
7.2 The consumer will return the product as soon as possible, within 14 days from the day following the notification as mentioned in Clause 6. 
7.3 The consumer will return the product in the original condition and packaging if reasonably possible, and in accordance with the instructions provided by Maison Mow.
7.4 The risk and burden of proof for correct and timely exercising of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer.
7.5 The consumer will bear the direct costs for returning the product.
7.6 If the consumer uses his right of withdrawal, all additional agreements will be legally dissolved.

Clause 8. | Copyright
8.1 All photos and images displayed by Maison Mow are copyrighted. Without written permission from Maison Mow, photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used.

Clause 10. | Disputes
10.1 All legal relations are exclusively governed by the Dutch law.

Maison Mow respects the privacy of all users and ensures that personal information provided by you will be treated confidentially. We use your information to process the orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we will use this information solely with your permission. Maison Mow will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties that are involved in the execution of your order.

If you place an order, we need your name, email address, delivery address and payment details to provide your order and to keep you informed of its progress.
Data about the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors helps us to develop and improve our site.
